AutoZone - B2B Order Tracking

Independent auto shops want to track their orders from AutoZone.
My role was to design a responsive order tracker for AutoZone's B2B site.
Process
Bi-weekly sprints handling multiple Jira tickets from multiple Program Owners.
Daily stand-ups to synch with Program Owners and Developers.
Meeting setting and communication for kick-offs, questions, updated and approvals.
User interviews and coordination with User Research Team when available.
Result
Help establish a new interface for the B2B site, using existing B2C components.
Prevent information overload, especially for a user on the move and dealing with customers.
Reduce phone calls asking where an order is.
Order status that is easy to understand at a glance.
Increase happiness and order fulfillment speed for shops using our stores.
