AutoZone wanted to modernize their B2B mobile app for non-AutoZone auto shops.
I was brought on as the sole designer to modernize the app.
Process
Bi-weekly sprints handling multiple Jira tickets from multiple Program Owners.
Daily stand-ups to synch with Program Owners and Developers.
Meeting setting and communication for kick-offs, questions, updated and approvals.
User interviews and coordination with User Research Team when available.
Result
Completely modernized the UI/UX for AutoZone's B2B Mobile App for Android and iOS.
Updated the visual experience using existing AutoZone assets.
Built a roadmap for the future as tech roadblocks clear and budgets open up.
