U-Haul's Intranet and Point of Sales
U-Haul's old ad hoc intranet was showing its age and needed to be redone for the mobile age.
I user shadowed, interviewed, and tested apps that I conceived of, designed, and coded. This ultimately resulted in a restructured and redesigned intranet that was much more user friendly to people working in the field, resulting in more access to better information, shorter waits for customers in line and better customer relations.
